Key Responsibilities

- Lead Flutter application development projects from planning to deployment.
- Handle end-to-end project execution, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 developers, ensuring productivity and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality coding standards.
- Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI integrations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

- Minimum 3–4 years of skilled experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Hands-on experience with Riverpod for state management (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Dio for API integration and network handling.
- Experience working with Socket.IO for real-time communication features.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and scalable development practices.
- Experience integrating and working with AI-powered applications/features.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud services.




- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Leadership & Project Management

- Proven experience in handling projects independently from start to finish.
- Experience leading and managing a team of at least 4–5 members.
- Strong project ownership and accountability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver projects successfully.

Communication & Personality

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Smart, responsible, and capable of making independent decisions when required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and deployment workflows.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Exposure to Firebase and real-time application development.

Compensation

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities).
