- Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in field sales of medical, laboratory or scientific instruments. Consumables sales and Medical Representatives are not preferred. He should be independent, dynamic, result oriented & managing a field-based role with frequent travel. The role demands excellent communication skills, client engagement and technical sales capabilities to build robust relationships with healthcare, research and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities:




- Drive sales of disinfection devices/instruments across the assigned area.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, research labs, diagnostics centers, universities and pharmaceutical clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads, conduct product demonstrations, make product presentations and manage sales negotiations.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide timely market feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the internal technical, administrative and service teams for post-sales support.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences as required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain data accurately.
