What You Will Do
Office & Operations Management:
- Central Point of Contact: Act as the first point of interaction for clients, partners, and visitors.
- Workflow Coordination: Ensure all company activities run smoothly by managing schedules, documentation, and office logistics.
- Bridge Builder: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive working environment.
Marketing & Business Expansion:
- Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Business Development: Actively engage in field work and networking to identify recent opportunities for expansion.
- Client Relations: Nurture relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive engagement.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: An MBA/PGDM is preferred. However,
we highly value practical experience; candidates with a Master’s degree in a related field (such as Business, Communication, or Operations) who possess strong relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal). You must be able to present ideas confidently and articulate our vision clearly.
- Startup Mindset: You are adaptable, proactive, and "hands-on." You don't wait for tasks to be assigned; you identify what needs to be done and do it.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle client queries with patience, empathy, and professional etiquette.
