About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Lead to manage end‑to‑end financial operations in a fast‑growing healthtech environment. The role involves ownership of MIS reporting, compliance, budgeting, audits, and vendor/inventory management. You will play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial representation and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:

- MIS Reporting: Collate revenues from multiple sources (sales, renewals, ecommerce, supplements), track expenses, and prepare P&L; accounts. Publish MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
- Payments & Compliance: Ensure timely payouts to vendors/doctors, statutory payments (TDS, PF, PT), and filing of GST/TDS returns. Verify revenues for incentive disbursement.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare revenue/expense estimates, conduct cost analysis, and advise on burn reduction and process efficiencies.
- Audits: Act as SPOC for internal/external audits, ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Dashboards: Publish monthly dashboards for founders, investors, and marketing teams.




- Vendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate procurement, verify invoices, reconcile accounts, manage stock records, and resolve operational issues.
- Miscellaneous: Handle banking matters, coordinate with external accounting/CA firms, and manage finance‑related tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

- BCom mandatory; MCom preferred
- Minimum 3 years of corporate experience
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools
- Knowledge of taxation rules and compliance requirements
- Prior startup experience preferred
