Job Title:Centre Manger

Location- Mehrauli, New Delhi

Type of Sales: B2C Sales

Industry: Healthcare / Wellness / Ayurveda / Spa

Department: Sales handling

- 2 shift 6.30am -4pm to 11 am to 8.30pm, Tuesday off

Experience:

- 4–8 years of experience-At least 3+ year exp in Health care industry in
- Qualification: Graduate and above
- Good communication and language skills. Fluency over languages.
- The ideal candidate should have a robust background in sales, team management, and customer service, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through memberships, therapies, and wellness packages.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the front office and therapist teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle client queries and escalations professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Maintain high standards of centre hygiene, ambience, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth scheduling of therapies and consultations.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.

Candidate Requirements

- Centre Management, Clinic Management, Spa/Wellness, Hospitality, Retail, or a similar customer-facing industry.
- Proven experience in sales, revenue generation, and team handling.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mehrauli, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
