Job Description: Education Requirements: Graduate

Work Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

– Provide a helpdesk service to handle all queries via telephone or email Preparation of Process Documentation

– Work within established procedures with minimal supervision

Identify common themes from queries and recommend process improvements to reduce the number of queries

Role Specific Skills:

– Knowledge of Invoice processing, payments and AP helpdesk

– Able to prioritize multiple activities

– Data gathering ability / eye for detail

Technical/Soft Skills

– Proficient in MS Office

– Experience in any finance ERP

– Good level of knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable
