We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Telecalling Team Leader to manage, motivate, and drive performance across our customer relationship and calling teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management, Performance Monitoring, Data & Excel Reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Telecalling/BPO/CRM environment, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader or supervisory role managing a team of 10+ members.
- Tech Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel and standard CRM.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi to handle both customer interactions and official corporate mailing.
- Leadership: Robust problem-solving abilities, data-driven mindset, and the ability to work under target pressure.
