About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing social media, creating engaging content, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in building our brand presence and driving engagement across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow company presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

Content Creation

- Create high-quality content including posts, blogs, captions, and marketing copies
- Collaborate with design teams for creatives, reels, and videos
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging
- Assist in storytelling for product, culture, and employer branding

Marketing Activities

- Support execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Assist in email marketing, newsletters, and lead generation initiatives




- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, HR, sales) for campaigns

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in social media or content roles
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or similar is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Self-starter with a bias for execution and ownership

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
