Role Objective
To ensure uninterrupted operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems at the GACL ARC Plant, while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Maintenance: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of motors, panels, and wiring.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve faults in circuits, machinery, and control systems.
- Installation: Support installation of new electrical equipment and wiring.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to GACL and statutory safety guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain logs of maintenance activities and breakdown reports.
- Coordination: Collaborate with production and utility teams to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC basics, motor control circuits, and HT/LT systems preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits and industrial wiring.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety standards (Factory Act, OSHA, etc.).
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making ability.
