Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.

Clean, transform, and validate data from various sources to ensure quality and usability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, data scientists, and product managers.

Assist in building data models and data warehouses/lakehouses based on business needs.

Write well-structured, maintainable, and testable code for data workflows.
Participate in client discussions and contribute to solutioning.
Must-Have Skills





Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python).

Understanding of data engineering fundamentals: ETL/ELT, data modeling, warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic CI/CD workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with modern data tools such as Spark, Airflow, dbt, or similar.
Familiarity with notebooks or collaborative analytics environments.
Academic projects, internships, or contributions to data engineering efforts.
AWS or Databricks certifications are a plus.
