Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Duties:
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Marketing Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to boost brand visibility.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.




- Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, customer service) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends for management.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [Packaging].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Location : Chennai , Trichy , Coimbatore , Thanjavur
- 6+ Years experience in Sales and Marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
