As we scale, we are looking for a driven professional to take ownership of our influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification and Outreach

- Research and shortlist influencers aligned with brand values, audience, and campaign objectives
- Pitch collaboration ideas and negotiate deliverables and commercials

Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns across relevant platforms
- Manage briefs, timelines, content guidelines, and ensure timely delivery

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator agencies
- Maintain an organized influencer database and track collaboration history

Performance Tracking and Reporting

- Measure campaign performance including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI
- Share insights and reports with the marketing team





Content Collaboration

- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure brand alignment
- Repurpose influencer content for paid ads, email marketing, and website use

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer or social media marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic working knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency in Telugu ,Malayalam (knowledge of any one is an added advantage)

Role Details

- Salary (in-hand): INR 25,000 to 30,000
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East
