Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Tool Room Manager to oversee tool room operations for our die casting manufacturing facility in Ambattur, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in die maintenance, tooling management, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with production teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime and product quality.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Pressure Die Casting tooling and maintenance.
- Experience in die assembly, repair, polishing, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of machining processes such as CNC, VMC, EDM, Milling, Grinding, and Lathe operations.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
