Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Medical Coding Specialist (Multispecialty office-based, clinical E&M; coding) to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of credentials— 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience on Multispecialty office-based, clinical E&M; coding, alongside a newly acquired or foundational CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification.

This is a hybrid role based out of Noida, offering the flexibility of working both from home and our local office. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of medical codes, smooth claim submissions, and proactive revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Medical Coding: Apply your CPC training to review clinical documentation and ensure accurate assignment.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate digital records and communicate professionally with internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



6 months to 1 year of active experience specifically in medical coding.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent, skilled spoken and written English.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas) and Microsoft Word.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for finding and fixing billing/coding discrepancies.

Work Environment & Location

- Location: Preferred candidates residing in Noida or nearby Delhi NCR areas.
- Work Model: Hybrid (split between remote work and mandatory in-office days at our Noida location).
