Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Ward Staff Nurse to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients' health conditions, administering medications, and assisting doctors in delivering effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their health condition regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control,



patient safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the ward and nursing equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality patient care.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / DGNM
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a hospital ward is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply with a valid Tamil Nadu RNRM Registration Certificate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- BLS certification will be an added advantage.
