We are a global e-commerce brand providing premium backdrops, banners, and display solutions to customers across India and international markets. If you are confident, tech-savvy, and passionate about sales and customer communication, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Communicate with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and online channels
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
✅ Handle international sales enquiries professionally
✅ Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
✅ Maintain accurate customer and sales records
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service delivery
✅ Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
✔ Positive verbal and written communication skills in English
✔ Interest in international sales and customer handling
✔ Ability to multitask and manage priorities
✔ Strong typing skills
✔ Good technical understanding and willingness to learn
✔ Knowledge of Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
✔ Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to use them in daily work
✔ Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset
Eligibility:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
Prior sales or customer service experience will be an added advantage
