IT Support Executive Job Profile

Job Title: IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and software.
- Provide technical support to employees or customers via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, and applications.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance.
- Set up and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and service records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.




- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email configuration, and remote support tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco (CCNA) are an advantage.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of IT support or help desk experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
