- Review and analyze system, software, and hardware requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
- Identify and design detailed test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing using tools such as MATLAB and Simulink.
- Conduct system-level and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing on automotive ECUs.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate ECU behavior.
- Validate automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, CAPL, and MATLAB.
- Utilize automotive testing tools such as Vector CANoe and dSPACE for ECU validation and simulation.
- Analyze test results, log defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution with development teams.
- Maintain test documentation, ensure requirement traceability, and support compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262.
