Role Overview
Responsible for executing harvesting, fractionation, and purification processes for biopharmaceutical products. The role includes operating purification equipment and ensuring product quality in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Downstream Processing (DSP)
-
Perform protein purification of biosimilars, recombinant proteins, and plasma-derived proteins.

Operate and maintain:
o Chromatography systems (AEX, CEX, Affinity, SEC, HIC)
o TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) systems

Execute CIP & SIP procedures for DSP equipment.

Work efficiently with automation tools:
o Unicorn (Chromatography software)
o SCADA / DCS
o CCPS

Document batch processes, deviations, and change controls.

Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of DSP bioprocess operations (training provided).
- Interest in working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong learning capability and willingness to work hands‑on.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications

M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology.
OR
- B.E / B.Tech in Biotechnology
- Experience level: 1 - 3 years
