Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive with 3–5 years of experience in MIS reporting and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing large datasets, generating accurate reports, creating dashboards, and supporting management with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights.
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data accuracy.
- Automate recurring reports using Excel formulas and functions.
- Track KPIs and present performance reports to management.
- Maintain MIS records and ensure timely report submission.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Dashboards).
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Any industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
