Job Title: Compliance Executive
Location: Delhi and Maharashtra - Candidates from Delhi and Maharashtra only
Mode: Work from Home ( Monthly twice need in person in Chennai )
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Note: Candidates with factory compliance experience are mandatory for this role.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in statutory and factory compliance
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, labor laws, and statutory regulations
- Experience in handling multi-state compliance requirements
- Familiarity with government portals for statutory filings and compliance submissions
- Solid documentation, record-keeping, and audit management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PF and ESI calculations, challan generation, and return filings
- Process Professional Tax (PT) payments and file returns as per state requirements
- Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) payments and return filings for applicable states
- Maintain statutory registers and records as required under labor laws and factory regulations
- File annual and periodic statutory returns across multiple states




- Manage POSH annual return filings and SHE Box compliance
- File ERI (Electronic Return of Employment) quarterly returns
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to collect and validate compliance-related data
- Ensure adherence to statutory deadlines and maintain the compliance calendar
- Handle compliance aspects related to employee onboarding, exits, and statutory documentation
- Manage factory compliance activities, including licenses, renewals, inspections, statutory registers, and liaison with government authorities
- Support internal and external compliance audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Should visit the client places in Delhi whenever the client needs

Preferred Experience

- Hands-on experience in factory compliance within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
- Exposure to handling labor department inspections and statutory audits
- Experience managing compliance requirements across multiple states

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
