AdsDial Pvt. Ltd. is a growing advertising and business solutions company expanding its team across sales, customer relationship management, content, editorial, and other business functions.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations while working closely with our HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements

- Make the initial communication with candidates via phone, email, or WhatsApp

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day recruitment and HR-related activities





- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth coordination during the hiring process

Eligibility

- Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are encouraged to apply

- Freshers are welcome

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valuable organizational and coordination abilities

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
