Job Title: MIS & Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, active, and detail-oriented MIS & Operations Executive to join our growing rug company. The ideal candidate should have excellent data management skills and be comfortable handling day-to-day operational tasks, including website updates, dispatch coordination, returns management, and sales support. The role also requires occasional visits to product photoshoots for operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain product and sales data.

- Extract data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Upload product information, images, and other details to the company website.

- Coordinate dispatches and manage return orders.

- Support sales operations by maintaining records and tracking orders.

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of operational activities.





- Visit product photoshoots when required and assist with coordination.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Operations, or Sales Support.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).

- Experience with website data uploads or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Smart, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
