Title:- Production Supervisor - Assembly/Electrical/Electronic

Location:-Teerth Business Center, MIDC Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra 411026.

Job Description:-

- 1. Supervision & Team Management

 Oversee daily activities of production workers and operators.

 Assign tasks and monitor team performance.

 Provide training, guidance, and support to staff.

 Maintain discipline and resolve personnel issues or conflicts.

- 2. Production Planning & Scheduling

 Coordinate production schedules to meet output targets.

 Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

 Ensure deadlines are met with minimal downtime.

- 3. Quality Assurance

 Ensure that products meet quality standards.

 Implement and enforce quality control procedures.

 Report defects or inconsistencies and initiate corrective actions.

- 4. Safety & Compliance

 Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working setting.

 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

 Conduct safety briefings and incident investigations.

- 5. Process Improvement

 Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements.





 Reduce waste and downtime using lean manufacturing principles.

 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).

- 6. Inventory & Material Management

 Monitor use of raw materials and inventory levels.

 Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.

 Minimize material shortages and delays.

- 7. Reporting & Documentation

 Maintain production records and logs.

 Prepare and submit performance, downtime, and efficiency reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
