Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in Government and EPC projects to manage project billing, quantity verification, and payment documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, ensuring accurate measurements, and coordinating with project teams for timely bill submission and certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and submit Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills as per contract conditions.
- Measure executed work using BOQs, drawings, and Measurement Books (MB).
- Prepare and certify subcontractor and vendor bills based on work completion.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and client representatives for bill verification and approvals.
- Maintain project billing records, invoices, payment registers, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation statements and monitor work progress against BOQs.
- Identify and prepare claims for variation orders, extra items,



and additional works.
- Track bill certification, payment receipts, retention amounts, and pending recoveries.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and client billing requirements.
- Prepare billing MIS reports and assist in project cost monitoring.
- Support project teams during audits and client inspections.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in billing for Government, Infrastructure, Civil Construction, or EPC projects.
- Experience handling projects for Government or Semi-Government departments is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of RA Bills, Final Bills, BOQs, Measurement Books (MB), and quantity reconciliation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
