Core Responsibilities Marketing (Generating Demand)

- Market & Competitor Research: Analyzing competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and emerging industry trends to find market gaps.
- Content Creation: Drafting copy for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and sales collateral (like pitch decks or one-pagers).
- Campaign Support: Assisting with the execution of digital marketing campaigns and tracking basic performance metrics (engagement, click-through rates, impressions).
- Brand Alignment: Ensuring all outbound communications and assets align with the company's established brand pillars and visual guidelines.

Sales (Driving Revenue)

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying prospective clients, investors, or partners through platforms like LinkedIn, industry directories, and networking events.
- CRM Management: Updating pipelines, cleaning prospect data, and logging daily interactions in platforms like Pipedrive, Zoho, or Odoo.
- Initial Outreach:



Drafting and sending initial cold emails or messages to qualify leads before handing them off to senior team members.
- Meeting Support: Shadowing discovery calls or pitch meetings to take notes, understand objection-handling, and prepare follow-up materials.

- Exceptional Communication: The ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively for different audiences.
- Systems Thinking: A high degree of comfort adopting current software, CRM tools, and AI applications to automate repetitive workflows and sales processes.
- Analytical Curiosity: The capacity to look at marketing data or a list of leads and identify actionable patterns.
