- Collect used cooking oil from all kitchen sections as per the scheduled timings.
- Ensure the oil has cooled before transferring it to storage containers.
- Transfer used oil carefully using appropriate equipment to avoid spills and accidents.
- Store used oil in clean, leak-proof, and clearly labeled containers.
- Maintain the designated used oil storage area in a clean and organized condition.
- Record the quantity of oil collected daily in the Used Oil Register.
- Coordinate with authorized used oil recycling vendors during collection.
- Verify the quantity handed over and obtain the required acknowledgment or documentation.
- Report any oil leakage, damaged containers, or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Follow hotel hygiene, food safety, and environmental regulations.
- Wear the required PPE, including gloves, safety shoes, and an apron while handling used oil.
- Ensure no used cooking oil is mixed with food waste or disposed of through drains.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of oil storage drums and handling equipment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
