Position Overview
We are seeking a Program & Portfolio Manager to oversee strategic programs and portfolios for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. This hybrid role combines program management responsibilities (end-to-end project execution, resource coordination, risk management) with portfolio-level strategic oversight (prioritization, ROI, alignment with business goals).
The role covers AI/ML, GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, RPA, cloud, microservices, and Big Data pipelines, ensuring delivery of compliant, scalable, and next-gen healthcare solutions.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Program Management:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple interrelated projects within AI, RCM, automation, and cloud domains.
- Define program scope, objectives, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics.
- Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Track program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration among product, AI/ML, LLM Ops, DevOps, QA, RPA, and cloud teams.
Portfolio Management:
- Maintain a portfolio view of all RCM and AI initiatives, prioritizing based on business value, strategic impact, and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate project proposals, ROI, and resource allocation to maximize portfolio efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and strategic roadmap.
- Conduct portfolio reviews, monitoring health, dependencies, risks, and financial performance.
- Recommend strategic investments in AI, autonomous workflows, and automation initiatives.
AI / GenAI / LLM / Agentic AI Oversight:
- Understand the technical nuances of AI/ML, GenAI, LLM Ops, and autonomous agent systems.
- Ensure programs deliver scalable, compliant, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Facilitate multi-agent orchestration, RPA integration, and autonomous workflows across the portfolio.
- Track AI/GenAI/LLM performance, adoption, and operational metrics for portfolio reporting.
Cloud,
Microservices & Automation:
- Oversee projects implementing cloud-native microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Ensure RPA and AI agent workflows are tested, validated, and aligned with program objectives.
- Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to optimize technology adoption and resource utilization.
Risk, Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and internal policy compliance across all programs and portfolios.
- Implement governance frameworks for AI models, autonomous agents, RPA, and cloud deployments.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining documentation, decision logs, and traceability across programs.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as the primary interface for executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations, portfolio dashboards, and business impact reports.
- Facilitate decision-making for program prioritization, funding, and resource allocation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15+ years in program/portfolio management with exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM Ops, RPA, Cloud, Microservices.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex programs or portfolios in technology or healthcare domains.
- Experience in US Healthcare / RCM projects preferred, including claims, prior authorization, scheduling, coding, collections, and EDI.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR compliance in project/portfolio delivery.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, LLM Ops, agentic AI, RPA, CI/CD,
and cloud automation.
Technical Expertise:
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps/LLM Ops pipelines
- AI/GenAI, LLM deployment, Agentic AI, autonomous agent orchestration
- RPA Platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
- Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures
- Big Data Platforms: Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, EMR, Redshift
Skillset:
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex programs across multiple interdependent projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Understanding of AI/ML, autonomous agents, GenAI, and hybrid automation workflows.
- Ability to balance risk, compliance, and innovation in healthcare projects.
- Strong leadership, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Strategic Impact:
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of high-value AI, automation, and cloud programs.
- Optimize portfolio ROI, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
- Enable autonomous AI/GenAI + RPA + microservices workflows for RCM modules.
- Strengthen audit readiness and compliance across all initiatives.
- Position the organization as a leader in next-gen AI/automation healthcare solutions.
