Position:

Architect

Experience Required:

2–3 Years

Salary:

Up to ₹20,000 per month (Salary may vary based on experience and skills)

Job Location:

Akurdi, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of architectural drawings and working drawings
- Site coordination and project management
- Client coordination and handling project discussions
- Preparation of presentation drawings and concepts
- Coordination with consultants and vendors
- Knowledge of municipal approval drawings will be an added advantage
- Ensuring project execution as per design and timelines

Software Skills Required:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- MS Office
- Knowledge of 3D software and rendering tools will be preferred

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to Travel acroos Maharashtra and out of Maharashtra as well if required

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
