Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Executive to manage day-to-day financial records and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Key Responsibilities
* petty cash handling
* Should have hands on experience in MIS
* Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Maintain cash flow statement and account statement overview
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding financial transactions.
* Support the accounting team during audits and financial reviews.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Candidates residing in NFC, or nearby locations will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
* Ability to handle confidential financial information.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
