Position: Site Supervisor – Mechanical Department: Projects / Operations Location: Project Sites (Travel Required) Industry: Fabrication, Erection, Installation, Silo Storage Tanks, Structural Steel, and Industrial Projects

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor (Mechanical) to oversee mechanical erection, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise day-to-day mechanical erection and installation activities at project sites.

● Monitor fabrication, assembly, and erection of structural steel, storage silos, tanks, conveyors, and related equipment.

● Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

● Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

● Manage manpower deployment and monitor productivity at site.

● Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.

● Supervise welding, fitting, alignment, and assembly activities.





● Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

● Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to management.

● Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.

● Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.

● Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Required Qualifications ● Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. ● 3–8 years of experience in mechanical erection, fabrication, or industrial project execution. ● Experience in handling site activities related to silos, tanks, steel structures, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial equipment installation. Required Skills & Knowledge ● Strong knowledge of mechanical erection and fabrication practices. ● Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GA drawings. ● Knowledge of welding, fitting, alignment, and installation procedures.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
