Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse websites and identify useful features to improve client projects.
- Prepare transparent insights, comparison reports, and enhancement suggestions.
- Maintain regular, positive communication with clients for relationship-building (non-technical updates).
- Collaborate with the IT team to support requirement gathering and project planning.
