About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive Management Trainee Intern to join our Retail Department. This internship offers hands-on exposure to multiple facets of retail operations, enabling you to gain practical experience while working alongside experienced professionals.

As a Management Trainee, you will closely collaborate with the Merchandising Team, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Central Operations Team, contributing to day-to-day business activities and strategic retail initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to understand the complete retail ecosystem—from product planning and merchandising to operations, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Merchandising Team in product planning, assortment, and inventory coordination.
- Support the Project Manager in executing retail projects and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Work closely with the Product Manager on product lifecycle activities, market research, and product-related coordination.
- Coordinate with the Central Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
- Maintain and update retail reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow up on ongoing activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging retail trends and consumer preferences.
- Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing retail initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting),



and track action items.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
