Job Summary:

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Assurance (IPQA) Officer/Executive to oversee in-process quality assurance in skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure that all production processes meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing and packaging.
✔Monitor critical control points and ensure adherence to GMP guidelines.
✔Conduct line clearance, sampling, and batch record review for production processes.
✔Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, and other quality regulations.
✔Identify and resolve quality deviations, non-conformances, and process inefficiencies.
✔Collaborate with production, R&D;, and quality control teams for continuous improvement.
✔Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and validation reports.
✔Train production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
✔Investigate and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
✔Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory updates, and new quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔Education:



Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, ✔Biotechnology, or a related field.
✔Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IPQA/Quality Assurance within the ✔cosmetic, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, FDA, and regulatory compliance.
✔Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✔Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
