Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused HSE Engineer to ensure the effective

implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across solar EPC projects.

The role involves promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance,

conducting risk assessments, and supporting safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment Management

● Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards across project sites.

● Conduct regular site safety inspections and hazard identification assessments.

● Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company

safety standards.

● Carry out risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.

● Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.

● Monitor work-at-height activities, electrical safety, lifting operations, excavation

works, and permit-to-work systems.





● Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

● Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

● Prepare incident investigation reports and corrective action plans.

● Maintain HSE records, permits, and statutory documentation.

● Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness activities.

● Monitor environmental compliance and waste management practices.

Required Qualifications

● B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline

● 2–5 years of HSE experience in Solar EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, or Industrial

projects.

● Knowledge of safety regulations, permit systems, and risk assessment methodologies.

● Strong understanding of electrical safety and construction site safety practices.

● Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

● Strong leadership and communication skills.

● Ability to conduct training and safety awareness programs.
