Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IPQA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring in-process quality checks during various stages of production, maintaining compliance with GMP standards, and ensuring product quality meets regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Perform in-process checks and monitoring of manufacturing and packaging activities as per standard procedures.
✔Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
✔Identify, document, and escalate deviations or non-conformities observed during the process.
✔Monitor environmental conditions in production areas.
✔Conduct line clearance before production or packaging.
✔Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure smooth operations and timely documentation.
✔Maintain accurate records and logs related to IPQA activities.
✔Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
✔B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant qualification.
✔Minimum 2 years of experience in IPQA in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Good knowledge of GMP, documentation, and quality systems.
✔Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
✔Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
