Job Description – Sales Head

Position: Sales Head
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate high-value leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and forecast revenue.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales team members.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain the CRM database.




- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
