Job Title:Director – SAP Finance

Qualification: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Director to lead our SAP Financial Systems (FI/CO) strategy, implementation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will drive financial transformation, business process improvements, and SAP S/4HANA adoption, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Finance Strategy & Leadership

- Define and drive the SAP Finance roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
- Oversee SAP FI/CO implementation, upgrades, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR).
- Ensure best practices for financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory regulations.

Business Process Optimization & Transformation

- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, focusing on automation and efficiency.
- Improve financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using SAP tools.
- Optimize accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and cost accounting (CO) functionalities.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business leaders to enhance SAP capabilities.




- Lead a team of SAP Finance professionals and external consultants.
- Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams.

SAP Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure SAP configurations adhere to GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and local compliance.
- Implement internal controls and risk mitigation strategies within SAP Finance.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

- Develop and track SAP finance KPIs and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous enhancements to improve system efficiency, reporting accuracy, and financial insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

✔ Expertise in SAP FI/CO modules & SAP S/4HANA
✔ Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations & compliance
✔ Experience in large-scale SAP implementations & business transformation
✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP BPC, FIORI, and financial analytics tools
