1. To draft and/or vet commercial agreements including Joint Venture Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Supply Agreement, Franchise Agreement, Service Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement etc.
2. To draft and/or vet litigation pleadings, notices & replies to notices.
3. To research and analyze legal issues
4. To manage litigation and dispute resolution matters
5. To represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.
6. To coordinate with external legal counsels.
7. To oversee regulatory and compliance matters.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
