Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily retail store operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate sales executives and store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain proper display and merchandising of furniture and electronics products.
- Handle billing, cash management, and store documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and visual standards.
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Implement promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
