Ensure proper product identification, tagging, and traceability for all dispatch items.

Plan suitable packing methods, box sizes, cushioning and moisture protection.

Coordinate with transporters for arranging suitable vehicles and shipment schedules.

Prepare packing lists, box numbering, labels and dispatch documents.

Supervise packing, loading and lashing activities for safe transportation.

Ensure compliance with customer packing and dispatch requirements.

Monitor dispatch status and ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate with Stores, Production and Quality teams for smooth dispatch execution. Maintain dispatch records, shipment details and tracking reports.

Maintain 5S in shop floor and Lean Management

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical
- Minimum 1 year experience required Dispatch related

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
