Mansh Capital (Finanshull) is hiring a Sales Executive in Pune to build and manage a network of referral partners (Bank RMs, CAs, DSAs, content creators) for our mutual fund and insurance distribution business.

Responsibilities:
- Source and maintain a database of potential referral partners
- Conduct in-person meetings and cold calls with Bank RMs, CAs, and DSAs across Pune
- Present company materials to close partnership deals
- Negotiate terms and follow up regularly to generate new business
- Coordinate with the operations team for client onboarding
- Update the sales tracker daily and report numbers

Requirements:
- Graduate preferred; 0-2 years of sales experience
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (required)
- Own a laptop
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
