Job Summary

Lagoon Sarovar Premiere Resort is looking for passionate and experienced culinary professionals to join our Food Production team. We are hiring South Indian Chef de Partie (CDP) and Commis-I who are committed to delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards.

Open Positions

- Chef de Partie (CDP) – South Indian
- Commis-I – South Indian

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Follow kitchen SOPs and HACCP/FSSAI guidelines.
- Assist in buffet, banquet, and à la carte food preparation.
- Monitor stock and minimize food wastage.
- Work effectively as part of the kitchen team.





RequirementsChef de Partie (CDP)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine within a hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations.
- Ability to supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.

Commis-I

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or resort kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
