✔ Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
✔ Employment Type: Full-time
✔ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

What You'll Do
✔ Monitor Cisco routers, switches, Riverbed, F5 LTM, circuits, and enterprise network services.
✔ Investigate network alerts, tickets, and connectivity issues to identify root cause before escalation.
✔ Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, HSRP, BGP, and EIGRP using enterprise monitoring tools.
✔ Assist with approved network changes, validations, documentation, and incident management.
✔ Maintain detailed ticket updates and collaborate with L2/L3 teams when required.

What We're Looking For




✔ 3+ years of Network Operations, Network Support, NOC, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support experience.
✔ Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACLs, Routing, Switching, VLANs, BGP, EIGRP, and HSRP.
✔ Hands-on experience with Cisco networking, troubleshooting commands, monitoring platforms, and ticketing systems.
✔ Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and root cause analysis skills.

Mandatory Skill Stack
Cisco Routing & Switching Cisco Routers Cisco Switches TCP/IP DNS DHCP NAT ACL VLAN BGP EIGRP HSRP F5 LTM Riverbed Network Monitoring Ticketing Systems Root Cause Analysis

Preferred Skills
✔ CCNA or equivalent certification.
✔ Experience in Enterprise NOC, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support.
✔ Familiarity with ITIL practices and Change Management.

Ideal Candidate
Experienced network operations professionals who can independently investigate, troubleshoot, and document enterprise network incidents before escalating to higher support levels.
