Job Summary
Monk Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to manage legal matters, ensure regulatory compliance, draft and review legal documents, and provide strategic legal support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and employment matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and legal notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Support HR in employment law,
disciplinary matters, and POSH compliance.
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and update legal policies and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
- Represent the Company before regulatory authorities, when required.
Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as an In-House Legal Counsel or Corporate Lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and labour laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
