We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the complete accounting functions of our group of companies involved in Construction, Catering, Hospitality. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting, financial records, statutory compliance, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record all daily financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, purchase book, sales book, and journal entries.
- Monitor and verify daily expenses across all companies.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation regularly.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports.
- Track outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
- Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, GST consultants, and Chartered Accountants.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Process payroll, salaries, PF, ESI,



and other employee-related accounting tasks.
- Maintain asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Monitor budgets, company expenses, and cash flow.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and audit-ready.
- Support management with financial analysis and business reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple companies and prioritize work effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- 3–7 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience handling multiple business entities is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
