We are hiring energetic and ambitious B2C Field Sales Executives for one of Bangalore’s fastest-growing Digital Learning EdTech platforms - Nursing & Paramedical
This role involves direct student outreach, college activations, demo sessions, lead generation, and student enrollments across nursing colleges, hostels, PGs, and educational hubs in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Nursing, Pharmacy & Paramedical colleges across Bangalore
- Conduct direct student engagement and live app demos
- Generate leads and convert students into paid subscribers
- Manage college gate activations, hostel outreach & BTL activities
- Follow up with students through WhatsApp and phone calls
- Explain app features, subscriptions, offers & benefits
- Maintain daily activity and lead reports
- Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Undergraduate / MBA pursuing candidates can apply
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Experience in Field Sales, EdTech Sales, Telecom, BFSI, FMCG, Direct Marketing or Student Counselling preferred
- Comfortable with field work and college visits
- Malayalam, Kannada, English & Hindi Any 2 language speaking candidates preferred
- Smart phone handling and WhatsApp communication skills required
- Target-oriented and energetic personality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
