Job Description and Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
- Strong experience designing and building microservices architectures.
- Solid working knowledge of Apache Kafka for event-driven communication and streaming.
- Good exposure to AI/ML technologies, including experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience with RESTful API design and contract-first development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).




- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
- Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, and distributed tracing).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Financial Domain knowledge

- Familiarity with accounting systems, payment processing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or similar back-office financial operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
