Technical Operations & AI Associate/ Junior Developer (Any Technology)
Location: On-site — IT Park, Dehradun (Uttarakhand)
Schedule: Monday–Friday + 1st & 3rd Saturday (5.5-day week), day shift 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000/month (fixed) to start, with growth based on performance
Commitment: Minimum 2-year service agreement (bond) required — applicants must be willing to sign a 2-year commitment with the company

Experience: 6 months+ in any technology role — strong freshers with real exposure will be considered

About the role

We're a growing staffing and technology company building our own web platforms, HR/payroll software, and marketing systems — largely with AI tools. You'll work directly with the Architech: he defines what needs to be done, you run it using our AI development tools, review the output together, and once it looks right, you deploy it. Over time you'll take on marketing, automation, and content — all done AI-first, so you don't need to be an expert; you need to be a fast, reliable learner who's comfortable with technology.

This is a rare chance for someone early in their career to get hands-on across the entire stack — development, deployment, databases, cloud, digital marketing, and AI automation — mentored one-on-one.

What you'll do

- Operate our AI development tools (e.g., AI coding assistants) to build and update our websites and internal software, following clear direction
- Run commands, review the output, flag issues, and deploy changes once approved




- Help manage deployments and hosting (Render, Netlify, Cloudflare) and keep our sites live and healthy
- Assist with ongoing feature updates and testing before things go live
- Learn and run Meta / Instagram ads (lead generation, audiences, basic reporting)
- Learn AI automation to reduce manual work across the business
- Learn to create content with AI video-editing and design tools and manage social media posts

What we're looking for

- Basic understanding of how websites, servers, databases, and deployments work (you can learn the depth on the job)
- Comfortable following technical instructions and working in a command-line / tools environment
- Very rapid learner, curious about AI, willing to pick up marketing, automation, and content
- Good written and spoken communication; organized and dependable
- Any prior exposure to Git, cloud platforms, or any programming language is a plus (not mandatory)
- Available to work on-site in Dehradun, 5.5 days a week, and to sign a 2-year service agreement

Nice to have (not required)

Interest in digital marketing exposure to Cloudflare/Netlify/Render any scripting (Python/JS) an eye for design or content
