We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our Production Department by maintaining accurate production records, preparing daily reports, and updating ERP/Excel systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in a manufacturing or FMCG setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily production data into ERP, Microsoft Excel, or company software.
- Maintain daily production records, batch-wise production reports, and production registers.
- Prepare and submit Daily Production Reports (DPR) as per production planning.
- Record finished goods production details accurately.
- Verify production data received from Production Supervisors before data entry.
- Prepare daily production planning and production achievement reports.
- Generate daily, weekly,



and monthly production summaries and MIS reports.
- Maintain production files, registers, and electronic records.
- Ensure all production documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Coordinate with the Production, Store, and Quality departments to ensure accurate production documentation.

Qualification-+2 Pass,Graduation

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Ability to prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
